ok .. i’ve calmed down
after talking with my manger, i found out that the meeting organizer did check with him about our unavailability during that time and he told her that we could pass on our recurring meeting to go to hers instead …
so .. our electronic schedules were checked and our availability was discussed …
but still! hrumph! (lol)
